You have the right to add comments via Form.
You have the right to evaluate all Galleries available on Bears4.com .
You represent that through Form adding comments and Form Adding Photos rn will not be printed content:

Contrary to the law,
Calling for incitement to racial hatred, religious or ethnic,

Promoting violence,

- Abuse public person,

- Containing information accused fals allegations of other persons,
- Contributing to copyright violations,

- Promoting drugs, alcohol or any form ot crime,

- Containing vulgarity,

- Contrary to the principles of morality,

- That contain advertising or commercials.

As shown in the Portal content sole responsibility, including criminal and civil law, shall be borne by you, that the content of those introduced.
Creators Portal reserve the right to lock and remove the account in case of violations of their provisions of these Regulations.

Final
The creators of Portal does not bear responsibility for the interruption in the functioning and malfunctioning of the Service.

These Regulations shall remain in force for an indefinite period of  time.
